The overall quality for this item is well done. However, the sizing is off. I purchased a medium for my daughter who wears a size six. It was too tight and definitely not a size eight to ten. In addition, I notified them for a return/ exchange and to date no response. Unacceptable, customer service. The fact that you’re rebuilding the brand and demonstrating poor customer service is disappointing. As a long time original customer, I am considering never purchasing from this brand again. I should have read the reviews prior to my purchase regarding poor experiences and sizing issues.
Moreover, it appears to be only a 30 day window for returns. If you purchase items for Christmas the end of October or early November you’re. Basically, screwed. Most importantly, they never responded to my email. If I met the 30 day window, it would not matter because they don’t respond about the process or anything. Kimora shame on you. There is absolutely no excuse for managing business this way.
