I've attempted to contact baby phat holdings since 12/17/2025, but have not received a response. I need to exchange two jackets for a size large, but that size for neither jacket is in stock. So, I tried to request a refund for both jackets online, but that’s not working either. I sent screenshots to your order email, but still haven’t heard anything from you. The customer service is awful! I’m going to be stuck paying $440 for two jackets I can’t fit. You should be ashamed!
