Can I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so orders move to fulfillment quickly. Once placed, we cannot cancel or change the order. After delivery, eligible U.S. domestic orders can follow the exchange policy.

Can I change the shipping method after I have placed the order?

Orders are sent to the warehouse immediately. Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking email. You can monitor shipment progress from that email until delivery.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. If the email still is not there, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. You can also log into your account and review order history under My Orders.

What is your return policy?

For U.S. domestic online orders, Baby Phat currently offers exchange only within 21 days of shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, and signs of wear. International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

What items are not returnable?

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, missing original tags or packaging, or showing signs of wear do not qualify under the exchange policy. Final sale items also cannot be exchanged.

How long does the returns process take?

Please allow 24-48 hours to receive confirmation of your exchange request and a shipping label. After the package is sent back, allow 5-10 business days for it to reach the warehouse and another 3-4 business days for exchange processing.

Can I exchange an item?

U.S. domestic online orders are eligible for exchange only within 21 days of shipment. Email orders@babyphat.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line to start the process. Shipping credit is only offered when a new order is placed for the same article in a different size or color.
