How to opt in

Complete the email and phone steps in the first-time discount form and use the affirmative buttons to continue and activate the offer. Submitting an email address alone does not activate the discount.

How to withdraw

You may withdraw from marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in an email, text STOP in reply to a marketing text, or contact orders@babyphat.com. Withdrawal stops future marketing as required by applicable law and does not affect a completed purchase or a code already issued, subject to the terms displayed with the code.

Value of your data

Our good-faith estimate of the value of the personal information involved in this program is the value of the discount actually provided: 15% of the eligible merchandise subtotal when the code is redeemed. Because the eligible order subtotal varies, the estimated value varies by transaction.

We use the direct cost of the discount as the starting point and also consider anticipated incremental sales and customer retention attributable to subscribed contacts, the value of eligibility verification and misuse prevention, and the cost of administering the program. We offer the 15% discount because we reasonably expect those benefits to be related to the value of the personal information and participation associated with the program.
